Black and White Themed Wedding!

Black is not a popular colour when it comes to a wedding. This dramatic colour can easily give your event a very formal feeling, but the Tentworx team found the perfect balance between this colour and the tradition white theme and created this marvelous wedding,

The venue was situated outside Secunda. The lushes green grass, the dam together with the white peg and pole marquee created the perfect setting to host this couple's dream wedding.

Thami and Nthokozo hosted 500 guests at their wedding. Tentworx provided the peg and pole marquees, catering, all function hire equipment draping and decor. The Tentworx team once again designed a wedding that will be remembered for a very long time.

The candy buffet was one of the "WOW' factors of the wedding and guest certainly enjoyed this addition to the wedding. It included various shapes of candy and desserts all decorated in black and white.

Guests received branded water as they waited for the bridal party to complete their wedding photo's.

There's no other sun set more beautiful that the South African sun set, and this venue just proved it again.

White stretch tent wedding : True South African wedding

This bride was engaged to a Spanish guy and wanted to show him and his family the true beauty of South Africa. With wood décor and protea flowers we created a once in a life time event for all the guests whom have never experienced the magic of Africa.

 

White frame tent wedding : White with a touch of light blue and rounded of by crystals

This was most certainly one of the most beautiful events we as a team created. Our brand new frame tents arrived and we had the privilege to create this prestige event in one of them. A picture paints a thousand words, and these certainly do.....

 

Venue Wedding: White infused with natural elements

 

This bride wanted a white wedding with a personalized feel to it. We transformed this beautiful wedding venue into one of the most memorable wedding reception areas. The Tentworx team used bird cadges as a focus point on each table. 

 

Vintage Wedding by Tentworx

The new trend in South Africa is to go back in time and create vintage themed events. This August the Tentworx team showed visitors of the Vaalwed Wedding and Function Expo exactly how a vintage wedding should look like. Our creative team made sure that we something unique and combine the vintage theme with a touch of royal elegance.

 

To create the perfect vintage feel in our venue or tent, it is very important to work with natural colors and wood in your décor. Vintage themes are all about using items in its simplest form and adding special detail to it. For this exhibit we uses our wooden trestle tables from our in-house function hire department as a starting point. These tables are a bit bigger than your average steel table and do not require a table cloth at all.

 

To add to the vintage feel we decided to use our very popular white wooden folding chairs. We added a unique factor to them by using French letter stamps on the white washed chairs.

 

For our vintage theme we used pastel coloured flowers and a sand coloured runner with vintage writing on it.

 

 

 

We used white wooden framed mirrors and various jars as table décor and added lace in the jars to round it off.

The wine barrels and sawdust made the entrance to the frame tent unique and gave that vintage feel to the stand to the visitors from the first sight.
